Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Sellmaxing collects and how data moves through product scouting, store launches, ads, fulfillment, approvals, and support.

Information we collect
We collect the account information needed to run Sellmaxing, including your name, email address, authentication events, workspace settings, connected integrations, and support messages.
When the agent scouts, launches, advertises, or fulfills products, we process product candidates, supplier URLs, store listings, campaign metadata, creative prompts, order data, approval decisions, and operational logs.
Store, ad, and fulfillment data
Connected services may include Shopify, TikTok, Meta, Google, Telegram, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Gemini, Higgsfield, Fal, and fulfillment providers. We store the configuration and encrypted credentials needed to operate those integrations.
Payment card details, platform passwords, and third-party billing records should remain inside the relevant provider unless the product explicitly asks for a scoped token or API credential.
How we use information
- Scout ecommerce opportunities, score product candidates, generate listing copy, and recommend launch actions.
- Create or update store products, queue creative generation, manage campaign tests, and report performance.
- Authenticate users, apply workspace permissions, prevent abuse, and support owner approvals or escalations.
- Improve reliability, provider routing, agent prompts, and dashboard workflows.
AI provider processing
Sellmaxing may send product research prompts, ecommerce context, campaign constraints, and non-sensitive store metadata to AI providers such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Higgsfield, or similar model services.
Do not enter secrets, payment details, regulated personal data, or confidential third-party data into prompts or product inputs unless a provider and processing path are explicitly approved for that data.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, workspace, integration, agent log, product, campaign, order, and report data while needed to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, comply with obligations, and maintain reliable records.
You can request deletion of account or workspace data. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or financial reconciliation.
Security and choices
We use encrypted transport, deployment secret stores, scoped access, provider security controls, and operational safeguards to protect Sellmaxing data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can update integrations in Settings, revoke provider tokens, disconnect ad or store accounts, and contact support for privacy requests.
